Chase launches the tennis balls away from the tree to lure the crocodile away and Cap'n Turbot is safe at last. Ryder asks Chase to use his tennis balls to lure the crocodile away.
Ryder and Chase need to get Cap'n Turbot down from the tree, but they have to get the crocodile away from them first. Ryder and Chase are still looking for Cap'n Turbot, until they found him in a tree with the monkey. Rocky has fixed the hang glider, but the hurricane is still approaching. Cap'n Turbot can't get a picture of it since he lost his phone. For Cap'n Turbot, he is still sitting on the tree branch to be safe, but he feels alone, until he had found the Albino monkey sitting next to him. As Ryder and Chase are getting close to the signal, they only find the same crocodile that scared the Turbots and fly away from it. Ryder knows that can't be right, so he asks Chase to come with him to look for Cap'n Turbot. Ryder begins searching for Cap'n Turbot by tracking his phone signal, which is near a swamp. After Francois is rescued, Rocky begins fixing the hang glider. Rocky has spotted some vines nearby, they both use the them to pull Francois out of the hole. Luckily, she finds Francois' beret, and then Francois in the hole. Skye starts activating her goggle vision to get a better look for clues of where the Turbots are. Ryder asks Skye and Rocky to fly down to the island, find the Turbots, and fix the hang glider. He starts calling Cap'n Turbot, but his phone is in the crocodile's belly. Ryder has found the hang glider on his radar scanner, but can't find the Turbots. The PAW Patrol make it to Volcano Island. Cap'n Turbot is about to call Francois, but the the crocodile's roar startled him, making to drop his phone, which is now been eaten by the crocodile. And Cap'n Turbot climbs up a tree to safety from the crocodile.
Francois trips into a deep muddy hole and he can't get out by himself. But then, a crocodile appears and scared off the Turbots. Back on Volcano Island, the Turbots are talking about their grandparents, while they are waiting for the PAW Patrol to come save them. Ryder picks Skye to search for the Turbots in the thick jungle, and Rocky to repair the hang glider. Their mission is to find them and get them to safety. Ryder tells the pups about the Turbots being stranded on Volcano Island with a hurricane heading towards them. And Skye goes, "Pop goes the Puppy." As everyone gets into their air rescue gear, the Air Patroller takes to the sky. As the PAW Patrol are about to aboard the plane, Marshall gets himself stuck on a lounge chair, then he is bouncing to join the others, and the chair pops Marshall on board. Ryder says he and the pups are the way, as he calls Robo-Dog to bring the Air Patroller to the beach. Ryder gets Cap'n Turbot's call about him and Francois stranded on Volcano Island that they need help to get them off safely. Meanwhile in Adventure Bay, the pups are playing frisbee at the beach. Francois isn't able to get the glider fixed up,so Cap'n Turbot calls the PAW Patrol. Francois begins to fix the hang glider, but then, a nearby hurricane is approaching the island. But, they are arguing of where it would be, and it causes them to crash land on the island.
